Refunds & Returns

NEED TO RETURN? NO PROBLEM HUN.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchasing.

Returned items must have tags still attached, unworn and in the exact condition as received. If we believe the garment has been used we will refuse refunds, this includes any make up or fake tan marks.

We currently do not offer free post returns, if you wish to return an item at your own cost please email sales@dresslikemefashion.com for our returns address. We recommend that you return your parcels either tracked or signed for as we at Dress Like Me Fashion can not be held responsible for missing parcels. 

Please include your invoice in the parcel so that we can track your order easily, or if you have lost your invoice just pop a note inside with your name and address. 

Please note we can not accept jewellery or swimwear/underwear that has had hygiene labels removed.

Exchange?

Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges, however a quicker option may be to place your new order whilst your return is in place. 

Faulty?

All of our stock is thoroughly checked and inspected by hand before shipping out, if in the unlikely event your receive a faulty item please email sales@dresslikemefashion.com attaching photos of the fault so we can get that sorted ASAP!
